Ya, it would be a good idea to shrink it down a bit. Not by much though, Its very close to perfect size. Maybe just chop a 1/4 inch off the aspect ratio. Let me know when the redesign is finished, I may want a Ranger one

Alternatively, see if your city has a hackerspace and make your own. My brother's a member at the hackrrspace here in Austin and I've been up there a few times while he was running the laser cutter. It's a breeze to use.
